Kailee Monson, LMFT, has spent several years providing therapy services to couples, individuals, and families within a non-profit mental health setting. The majority of her experience and passion within the field of mental health is providing family therapy services to children, teens, and their families. Attachment, intergenerational trauma, systemic/relational change, resilience, and vulnerability are central tenets of her therapy practice.

Outside of work Kailee spends most of her time with her family and friends, eating focaccia, watering plants, smelling flowers, or exploring.

Elaina is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) in the state of Minnesota. She has her Master of Social Work from St. Cloud State University in 2023. Prior to pursuing social work, Elaina obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Advertising from St. Cloud State University.
Prior to Acquire Mental Health, she worked in community mental health since 2021 working with a variety of clients from children, families, and adults.
She has experience with trauma, depression, and various anxiety disorders. Her areas of interest specifically include single parenting, co-parenting, divorce, perinatal mental health, children who have experienced trauma, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and OCD. She works with ages 6-50 through a trauma-informed, strengths based, systemic, humanistic approach. Additionally, she incorporates CBT, TF-CBT, and DBT interventions into her work.
Elaina has a strong dedication and passion for social justice, particularly women’s rights. She takes pride in advocating for marginalized communities to create systemic change. Elaina takes pride in the NASW Code of Ethics in applying to her work.
Elaina lives in Little Falls with her partner, children, and step-children. She enjoys spending time with her children, step-children and partner, going on day adventures with her best friend Ellie, hanging out with her high school best friends, thrift shopping, reading, coloring, doing crafts, going to concerts, listening to rock and rap music, and visiting her grandparents.

Ginny obtained her BA in counseling psychology from Morningside University and is currently in the MSW program at Capella University. Ginny is certified as a behavior skills specialist in PCIT and has twenty years of experience in the field of social work. Ginny began her career working with children and adolescents in the residential setting, spent over six years working in the child welfare field, and has experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental health symptoms.
Ginny takes a strength-based approach to therapy and believes her role is to empower individuals to create change in their own lives. Change can be uncomfortable and having a supportive, empathetic, and consistent presence can help aid the process.
Ginny loves spending time with her husband and two children playing outside, going on outings, or having a game or movie night. In her spare time Ginny enjoys watching football, listening to 90’s music, and having game nights with her friends.

Amy has a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Cloud State University and a license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT). She works with children, adults, couples, and families.
She has experience working with parenting techniques, special education, foster care, visitation, and adoptive families. Some of the her focus includes, individuals with differing abilities, anxiety, and depression.
Amy is a person-centered, strengths-based therapist who utilizes a narrative view to encourage clients to embrace their stories and trauma healing. Amy enjoys collaborating with clients to create goals through play therapy, art, writing, mindfulness, communication, regulation, and connection.
Amy works within many approaches, a few of which include Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral therapy. As a family therapist, Amy utilizes a systemic lens to better understand client transitions and difficulties.

Becky is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Prior to coming to Acquire, she had been in her own private practice- Rebecca Hoffman, PLLC. Becky received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Community Psychology with a minor in Human Relations and Multicultural Education and completed her Master of Science Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Cloud State University. In addition to starting her private practice in 2016, Becky was also employed at a private outpatient mental health clinic from 2008-2020.
Becky is a client centered and strengths based therapist and specializes in providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families impacted by trauma, transitional/life changes, anxiety and depression. Becky is EMDR trained, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She is a PREPARE/ENRICH program facilitator and has been trained in discernment counseling and Brief Solution Focused Therapy. Becky recently obtained advanced training in Dementia, Alzheimers and Caregiving, and works part-time with a local non-profit that serves this population. Becky has experience in alternative conflict resolution strategies- including conflict coaching and mediation. Becky uses these experiences to assist individuals experiencing toxic conflict or trauma in their relationships to communicate more effectively and move toward a more optimal level of well being. Becky is a member of the MN Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, and a MN Board of Marriage and Family Therapy Supervisor, and serves as a preceptorship site for psychiatric nurse practitioners obtaining their counseling skills.
When she is not working, Becky enjoys spending time with her family; watching sports; writing; reading; learning; traveling; and doing various design and DIY projects.
